Where can I buy the natural red food coloring? Is this really natural? What is the origin or source of this natural red food color- I cannot find it!!

Hi Ken! You are a amazing baker

I tried myself to bake the babycakes’ cupcakes, and cupcakes were nicely done but i am having a very challenging time for frosting….

What I bought in Japan, dry soy milk powder, it has yellow color and it doesn’t have any preserves or anything, supposed to be good to use for frosting. But the frosting has really funky taste….
do you know if coconut powder or coconut milk powder are the same? I am using coconut milk powder…

Would you let me know what brand of dry soy powder you used?

I used McCormick, the standard supermarket brand. I find the natural food coloring doesn’t hold up as well.

What brand of natural red color did you use? The ones I have tried either made the cakes taste like fruit, or the red color disappeared in the heat of the oven. Thanks for your advice
